Engineer. Dubai professional. Community builder. Certified facilitator. Founder. Every chapter prepared me for the one I am living now — helping teams reconnect, helping graduates step into professional life with confidence, and helping stuck professionals find the path forward they could not see alone.
I am Anupama Chandrika. This is what 15 years in six corporate functions across three industries in Dubai teaches you — and this is the company I built from it.
I moved to Dubai in 2009 under my husband's visa — no job, no local network, no clear direction. For nine months I waited. When the opportunity came, it wasn't an engineering role. It was telesales. I took it. That decision taught me the most important lesson of my career: the wrong role is often the right teacher.
Over 13 years I moved across five companies and three industries — engineering, trading, FMCG, IT, manufacturing. Sales. Procurement. Logistics. Customer service. HR. Training. Six functions. And alongside all of it, I quietly helped hundreds of UAE professionals with their resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and interviews. Most of them found the roles they deserved. That work planted a seed I would not understand for years.
COVID arrived. With it, a financial crisis that shook everything. I sat with a question I had been avoiding: what do I have that is truly mine? That question sent me to ICBI for my soft skills trainer and image consultant certification, to MTa UK for facilitation, and eventually into a training firm in Dubai where I delivered sessions that worked — and left under circumstances that broke my confidence and then rebuilt it completely. That experience became my most powerful teaching material.
In 2024 my father's health brought me back to Trivandrum. I rebuilt from scratch and in December 2024 founded Zenith Minds Academy. In January 2026, we delivered our first major corporate engagement for the Reserve Bank of India's protocol and security team — a milestone that confirmed that what I built here works in India's most disciplined environments.
"I always waited for someone to call my name. But it was under my control all along. That realisation changed everything."
"You don't have to wait for someone to call your name. Your breakthrough was always yours to claim."
Where the corporate journey began — building the analytical precision and systems thinking that still informs every training design.
